Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday using trusted carriers such as UPS. Our goal is to ensure fast, secure, and reliable delivery for all orders.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM Central Time are processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after cutoff time will be processed the next business day.
  • Processing may take longer for certain products depending on availability.

Shipping Times

  • Standard delivery times vary based on location and shipping method.
  • Some items may require 3–5 business days before shipment.
  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Important: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product weight and delivery location.

Shipping Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or unforeseen events.
  • Once the order is handed over to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.

International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and customs fees.
  • We do not undervalue shipments or alter documentation.
