What documents are required for a ProTurbo warranty claim?+

Required: (1) Original purchase invoice — warranty is void without it. (2) Turbo serial number and part number. (3) Installation date and mileage. (4) Failure date and mileage at failure. (5) Detailed symptom description. Photos are optional but helpful.

Does ProTurbo offer refunds under warranty?+

No. ProTurbo's warranty is Repair and Replace only — NOT a refund policy. A confirmed defective unit will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Labor

  • Collect documentationHave your purchase invoice and diagnosis report from the certified installer ready.
  • Prepare packagingUse original packaging if available. Shipping damage is not covered and will void the claim.
  • Repair / Replacement onlyOur warranty covers repair or replacement — not refunds.
