Verify the issue – Use our Turbocharger Matrix to confirm the failure is related to the turbocharger and not another system.
Collect documentation – Have your purchase invoice and diagnosis report from the certified installer ready.
Prepare packaging – Use the original packaging if available and in good condition. Otherwise, use secure packing materials to prevent damage. Please note: shipping damage is not covered and will void the claim.
Repair/Replacement only – Our warranty covers repair or replacement, not refunds.
WARRANTY PROCESS
Complete the warranty submission form – Provide as much detail as possible; the more information we have, the faster we can assist.
Attach supporting files – Upload documents, photos, or reports at the bottom of the form.
Receive your RMA – Once approved, we’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Print and include it inside the package.
Shipping – We’ll email you a prepaid UPS Ground label. Pack the product securely and ship it back.
Turnaround time –
Proturbo products: typically 1–3 business days.
Other manufacturers: timelines vary and may take several weeks. We’ll keep you updated on the status.
